AI has dramatically accelerated our ability to execute, making the bottleneck on our team the work of gaining deep customer understanding. This role is focused on developing that deep understanding and communicating it across the team so that everyone here makes the best decisions possible — whether that’s investing in the right new features, or polishing an important flow, or optimizing a growth loop.

We're looking for a smart, highly motivated, analytical problem solver who also loves talking to customers. You should also have enough technical depth to prototype potential product improvements & new features independently. You'll be part of our small, collaborative product & engineering team, and you’ll have the opportunity for significant growth in your role as our company expands.

The compensation range for this role is $135k → $175k salary plus 0.3% → 0.65% equity.

Responsibilities

• Talk with our customers via email, video, and in-person to deeply understand their needs & feedback.
• Identify and deeply research problem areas and communicate this understanding to the broader team.
• Explore, prototype, and help implement product improvements.
• Directly support customers as needed, especially larger customers with more complex requirements.
• Do whatever the business needs to be successful!

Qualifications

• Excellent at communicating & getting in front of the right people — via email, video, and in-person
• Smart product intuition & experience iterating on complex app UIs
• An AI-first mindset: curious and passionate about exploring cutting-edge technology to enhance customer experience
• Sufficient software engineering & design skills to prototype product solutions & personally implement small features and website changes
• Relentless, resourceful, and curious
